The developer reserves the right to modify floor plans and architectural features and finishes and to change manufacturers and suppliers without notice.
Buyer expressly agrees that Seller may substitute items, materials or appliances of equal or better quality, in Seller's sole discretion, and that such substitution shall have no effect on Buyer's obligations and shall not in any way constitute grounds for any claim against Seller. Buyer waives any rights, claims or actions which Buyer might otherwise have against Seller as a result of such circumstances.
